The concierge desk

The desk is staffed around the clock for travellers in Sri Lanka. If a flight moves, a road closes or you simply want to stay somewhere a day longer, you message the desk and we rearrange it — you do not spend your holiday on the phone to suppliers.

• WhatsApp reaches the desk directly, and it is the channel most guests use once they are in the country.

Who you will actually be with

Your guide is the person who travels with you for the whole journey rather than a driver handed a schedule, and the same desk that answered your first enquiry is the one you message from the road. We do not publish a gallery of staff portraits: we would rather you met the people than read about them.
